The Protocol
Standard Operating Procedure v1.1
1. The Contract
You define a directive (a goal). You set a strict deadline. You sign the digital contract.
Once initialized, a directive cannot be deleted easily. By signing, you are binding yourself to future action. We do not accept "I changed my mind" as a valid exit criteria.
2. Surveillance
The system monitors your output via API hooks (GitHub, LeetCode) or manual logs. You must log evidence of completion daily.
Miss a check-in? The system flags the day as failed. Ghost the platform? Your consistency score drops. Data is the only proof of work we accept.
3. Social Hierarchy
Directives can be linked to a Shared Protocol. This creates a closed loop with your invited friends.
You and your peers compete on the same axis. Real-time leaderboards track who is shipping and who is stagnating. There is no public shame, only your relative standing among the people you respect.
